WIPR/PR Week Mentoring kicks off at Samsung KX

Nov 3, 2025 · Sophie Wilson
WIPR at Samsung Kings X Mentoring event

Earlier in September it was announced that our founder, Sophie Wilson, has been selected to be part of the prestigious 2025-2026 Women in PR Mentoring Programme, run in partnership with PR Week and sponsored by Ketchum.

This highly competitive initiative is designed to support and champion female talent, helping them navigate key industry challenges and succeed as they take the next step in their careers.

The selection process for the programme is rigorous and Sophie joins an amazing line up of talented women who are set to become the future leaders of our industry. The organisers noted the exceptional calibre of this year’s entries, highlighting how competitive the intake was, with only 22 places awarded nationwide.

She was welcomed into the programme at a lively kick off celebration in September at Samsung KX in London. The event was a fantastic opportunity to meet the current cohort of mentees, this year’s mentors, the judging panel and the outgoing 24-25 cohort.

Looking ahead, Sophie is really looking forward to benefiting from the experience of her mentor, Lee’ann Kaufman, Founder and CEO, iseepr. This mentorship will be invaluable in helping to move the dial even further for Tuesday Media, ensuring the team can super service existing clients and deliver exceptional results for new ones.

The 2025-2026 cohort is one of the most representative yet in terms of expertise, and lived experience, reflecting Women in PR’s aim to increase diversity in communications leadership roles. Sophie is grateful to be part of this diverse group and looks forward to the connections and insights the programme will provide for Tuesday Media over the next year.
