Sophie has 13+ years experience in brand building, PR and marketing, both client and agency side. She has worked with organisations from startups to FTSE 100s and brands, in both B2B and B2C contexts, helping them to articulate who they and why they are special and as well as telling their stories in powerful media outlets.
She has helped businesses to navigate and steer their identities through the context of new startups, product launches, parent brands, mergers and acquisitions and management buy outs. Sophie has also led global, awareness raising PR campaigns.
Before founding Tuesday Media, Sophie was Sales & Marketing Director of top independent PR agency The PHA Group, led by the former editor of the world’s bestselling newspaper. She is a media commentator and thought leader in her own right. Passionate about making positive change in the world, she is especially invested in championing women in business. She is a Chair of Industry body the PRCA and a business mentor.

With over three decades of experience, Andy has built some of the strongest brands in the world. Key milestones in his career include Persil’s ‘Dirt Is Good’ campaign, Canon’s ‘We Speak Image’ repositioning and the invention of Levis “twisted’ jeans. He has also worked on brands such as Canon, Hewlett Packard and Apple.
Andy believes in creating brands and marketing that make life better for customers and society and his recent work for Evans Cycles and Npower have not just achieved exponentially better business results, but saved and improved lives.

Howard has 22 years’ experience in major roles in agencies such as Leagas Delaney, TEQUILA/TBWA, Digitas LBi, Shed Brand Innovation, Conran Design Group and The Marketing Store. He has worked on brands including Dell, Intel, adidas, Shell, McDonald’s, Canon, Chevrolet, National Trust, Visit Britain, Chubb Insurance and Lloyds Banking Group.
Howard’s work with brands such as the National Trust and Visit Britain has propelled these organisations to become flagship digital brands, connecting their customers directly, regardless of device, channel or technology.
★ Laura has worked both sides... from journalism to PR at top London agencies
Laura began her career in the media in local newspapers, training with Emap at the Peterborough Evening Telegraph. Having worked her way up to Senior and Chief Reporter, she did a stint on newspapers in Sydney, Australia. After a period of extensive world travel, Laura held positions in a wide variety of national publications in both Reporter and News Editor capacities, including being the News Editor of Network Week.
Poacher turned gamekeeper, Laura has worked both sides of the fence, making the jump from journalism to PR to work for top London agencies in a permanent and freelance capacity.
Laura’s work is based on her knack of knowing a great story, excellent writing ability and the know-how to exploit press publicity to gain maximum media exposure.

A master of concept development, blessed with a wide variety of creative talents, Bryce’s portfolio includes television ads, graphic design, filmmaking and copywriting. He is no stranger to a hands-on approach, whether it’s with a marker pen, laptop, camera, or roll of duct tape; but always with a dogged eye for detail.
Bryce’s experience encompasses traditional agencies such as M&C Saatchi and Langland, through to more nimble independent agencies and collaborations, in both the UK and New Zealand.
He believes that even a humble strapline can and should speak to an audience with honesty and integrity. He loves to work with passionate people on projects and give voice to brands that have a genuine purpose

Ursula is a media professional with 22 years experience, spanning production (Aaron Spelling, Xena, Hercules, South Pacific Pictures, TVNZ, Prime TV) agency (Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, WPP, Publicis, Y&R), film, TV and broadcasting.
Ursula brings excellent operational understanding in building, developing and shaping business strategies for clients. She has worked for and consulted to brands such as JML, Unilever, NHS, BT, BT Vision, Channel 4, Setanta Sports, Racing TV, Toronto Star Media Group, Craft Channel, Ahh Bra, TLC Marketing, to name a few.

Thomas holds an international baccalaureate from the Bonn International School. He is currently studying a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management at The University of Sussex. He is interning with Tuesday Media at the same time, providing support in everything from SEO and analytics, to digital marketing and PR support.
