Attracting collaborators: Launching #TuesdayTalent

Dec 27, 2017 · Sophie Wilson
Tuesday Talent Creative Meetup

We were really pleased to soft launch the Tuesday Media concept to friends, supporters and co-conspirators in two separate events hosted in London and Brighton.

Freelance journalists, PRs, SEO specialists, film directors, copy writers and social media experts came along to talk collaboration and creativity and learn more about the agency.

Here’s a little video of what went down.

Our manifesto.
Whilst we are in launch mode, we’re trying a new model that’s lean, mean and flexible. That means embracing remote working and online tools like Slack to help us communicate.

It also means you can work wherever you are in the world.

But we do measure our time so we can be accountable and transparent. Honesty and trust will be the foundation of what we do.

We also want you to have a life: having outside interests makes you a more well rounded and interesting individual.

We are hoping to start this way, but as we ramp up (as we intend to, quite aggressively in 2018), to bring people on in a full time capacity.

Being at the beginning of the journey, you will have access to many opportunities. Like, for example, joining us on the incubator programme we hope to become a part of. We want to incentivise our team to share in our success and want to be able to open up equity opportunities to those who are really committed to being in this together.
